The Stern Law firm is a small, aggressive, boutique law firm concentrating in business matters of all sorts: real estate litigation, commercial litigation and plaintiffs' personal injury cases. We, additionally, provide advice and counsel in trust, tax, and estate matters. At The Stern Law Firm, we pride ourselves on the personal attention all of our clients receive. We are selective in the cases we accept, and rarely have more than twenty-five cases pending at any one time.
Our goal is to remain a small firm in an effort to assure our clients continued quality representation. We are a full service law firm that in addition to providing personal injury representation, advises and represents individuals and small to medium sized companies in sophisticated commercial transactions and separations, dispute resolution including negotiation, arbitration and all phases of litigation, and in business planning and administration.
