The Construction Industries Division has approved implementation of the proposed 2009 New Mexico Energy Conservation Code, with some exceptions. The 2009 code becomes effective January 1, 2011, and is mandatory July 1, 2011. More on the status of New Mexico's Energy Conservation Code.....
