Parabo Disposal Facility is an oilfield waste disposal facility which has been in continuous operation since 1978. Sundance Services is a New Mexico Corporation which operates the Parabo Disposal Facility. The Parabo Disposal Facility is permitted by the New Mexico State Oil Conservation Division and is operated in full compliance with all regulations from appropriate Government agencies.
The Parabo Disposal Facility accepts and processes materials which are classified as wastes associated with the exploration, development, or production of, crude oil, natural gas or geothermal energy. These wastes include non-hazardous produced water, BS&W (basic sediment and water), tank bottoms, oil contaminated soils, drill cuttings, cement and muds.
