Jeffrey Major is an owner of Positive Property Solutions i.e. PPS Company. He and his wife relocated to Santa Fe from Indiana in 1993. And where they established their business to the next level. The name of their business was Major Development, Inc. which was a huge success in 1997.  After that, they moved a lot because of their work commitment.

Jeffrey has 20+ years of experience in real estate development and construction work. After retirement, he wanted to start something of his own and wanted to utilize his knowledge. So he returned from Italy to Santa Fe which was his home back in the 90s to start his business i.e. Positive Property Solutions i.e. (PPS Company).
