With BLUE PLATE SPECIAL, catering is more than platters of food—you receive full, personalized service. We ask what you want for your event, instead of telling you our limitations. Events large and small are important to us, no event is routine to us.
We do whatever it takes, from onsite cooking to traveling for hours in vans loaded with equipment, food and staff, anywhere in New Mexico. We’ve rolled sushi in a meadow, roasted pig at a winery, fried crab cakes in an Albuquerque alley (in the dead of winter no less!), and prepared dinner (for hundreds) in a garage.
Our service is always professional and appropriate—from elegant dinners to backyard barbeque’s, from weddings to corporate events, and more. Our recreational cooking classes are informative, fun and 100% hands on full participation.
