Koenig's has been selling commodity metals, custom cutting, processed metals and antiques for over 38 years. Koenig is one of the most unique establishments of its kind in the country. Ted Koenig and his father had been collecting metal parts, machinery and antiques for over 35 years prior to their deaths from cancer. At that point, Dorothy, Ted's wife, inherited the business. There are thousands of pieces of metal from junk to treasure and everything in between. Koenig’s carries a large inventory, and offers its customers the ability to place no minimum orders, with very competitive pricing and the ability to do custom cutting.
We supply steel, stainless steel, aluminum, bronze, copper and brass. With our design capabilities, we have begun the production of security protection art, such as window coverings, fences, gates, skylights, and doorframes. In addition we do metal lighting, wall hangings, address poles signs, and are open to requests. The window covering in particular are completely unique. The window coverings can fill the same purpose as security bars on windows, but with the added twist of encompassing highly decorative art. We have representations of any animal in metal such as horses, buffalo, humming birds, and bears, and are able to take requests. Recently, we have also begun to design interesting chairs, and three-dimensional metal sculptures from abstract decorative pieces to representational animals, similar to the window cutouts.
