Today, word got out about former CitiFinancial Santa Fe branch manager Anthony Moya's latest trouble: An indictment from US Attorney Kenneth Gonzales on 11 counts of bank fraud. The indictment also names Moya's wife, Eunice Moya, who works in HR at the New Mexico Public Education Department.
